Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Flyxel ("Flyxel," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit getflyxel.com (the "Site"), place an order, or contact us. Flyxel is based in the United States and sells only to customers in the United States. The Site is not intended for visitors located outside the United States.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, sign up for emails, or contact us, we collect information such as:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your shipping and billing address, and your phone number if you provide it
  • Order information, such as the products you purchase and your order history
  • The messages you send us, including any photos or videos you submit with a product claim

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and third-party payment processors. Your payment card details go directly to those providers, and Flyxel does not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive limited payment-related information, such as confirmation that a payment was made, the type of payment method used, and your billing details.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, such as:

  • Your IP address and the general location associated with it
  • Device and browser information
  • Website activity, such as pages and products viewed, items added to the cart, links clicked, and how you arrived at the Site
  • Advertising and analytics data, such as whether you saw or interacted with one of our ads

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and send you order and shipping updates
  • Respond to your questions and review product claims
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Understand how visitors use the Site
  • Advertise our products and measure how our ads perform
  • Send marketing emails if you've signed up for them (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

How we share your information

We share personal information with service providers that help us run our business, as needed for them to do their work:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and powers our checkout. You can learn how Shopify handles personal information in the Shopify Privacy Policy.
  • Payment processors, to process your payment
  • Shipping and fulfillment providers, to prepare and deliver your order
  • Email and customer service providers, to communicate with you
  • Analytics and advertising partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as described below

We may also share information when the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect our rights or the safety of others, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

Advertising and analytics

We may use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel and Shopify's analytics, to understand how the Site is used, to show ads for our products on other websites and apps, and to measure how those ads perform. These tools use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your device and your activity on the Site. The companies that provide them may combine this information with information they collect elsewhere, under their own privacy policies.

Under some U.S. state privacy laws, sharing information with advertising partners in this way may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising." You can opt out as described under "Your choices" below.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, for the following purposes:

  • Essential: to make the Site, cart, and checkout work and to keep them secure
  • Preferences: to remember your settings and choices
  • Analytics: to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
  • Advertising: to show relevant ads and measure how they perform

You can find more information about the cookies used by Shopify stores in the Shopify Cookie Policy.

Your choices

  • Privacy and cookie settings. Where the Site displays a cookie banner or a privacy choices link, you can use it to manage your preferences or to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without essential cookies.
  • Ad settings. You can manage how Meta uses your information for advertising in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
  • Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We'll still send you order-related emails.
  • Email us. You can also send an opt-out request to contact@getflyxel.com.

Because there is no consistent industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Site does not currently change its practices in response to them.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as completing your order, providing support, keeping business and tax records, resolving disputes, and meeting our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to help protect your personal information, and our checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your U.S. privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it, and get a copy of it
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information
  • Ask us to delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising
  • Not be treated unfairly for exercising your privacy rights
  • Appeal our decision if we decline your request

To make a request, email contact@getflyxel.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, for example by confirming details of a past order. You may also use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof that the agent is allowed to act for you. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and if you're not satisfied with the outcome you may contact your state attorney general.

Some of these rights apply only to residents of certain states and only to businesses that meet certain legal thresholds. Whatever those thresholds, nothing in this policy limits any privacy right or opt-out right you have under applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults making purchases. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please email us and we will delete it.

Where your information is processed

Flyxel serves customers in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers, such as Shopify and our fulfillment providers, operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
